Ryan Locke brings over 15 years to the commercial, industrial, and residential marketplace. With an impressive reputation, Ryan credits his success to a superior team of architects, subcontractors and employees. Ryan received a degree of Economics at the University of Georgia . He is a member of the Atlanta Homebuilders Association and the National Homebuilders Association for Home Building. Ryan is married with a young son and St. Bernard.

Ryan also owns Alpharetta based UMS, a commercial and industrial company that focuses on the development and construction of office condominium complexes for professional and medical use. Locke and UMS have teamed up to construct over 55,000 square feet of office space.
